About The Position

The Branch Representative is responsible for reviewing incoming work for accuracy and completeness, monitoring timely receipts of critical documents for the Centralized Operations Unit, and working closely with Global Casualty branch personnel to ensure a timely and high-quality product for clients.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Worker’s Compensation, Automobile and General Liability including rating knowledge helpful.
  • Proven superior ability to be innovative and creative in problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills with proven capability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately log all transactions in COU Tracking.
  • Review source documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to all protocols and controls established within COU.
  • Assist teammates as needed to ensure prompt handling of all transactions within the unit.
  • Provide guidance and training to field offices for correct methods to submit work to COU.
  • Build strong relationships with all branch office personnel.
  • Ensure that follow-up requests internally and externally are handled promptly.
  • Prioritize incoming work requests and multi-task when needed.
