About The Position
The Branch Representative position in the Global Casualty Centralized Operations Unit (COU) focuses on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of incoming work and monitoring the timely receipt of critical documents. The role involves close collaboration with Global Casualty branch personnel to deliver high-quality products to clients in a timely manner. Requirements
- Ability to prioritize incoming work requests and multi-task when needed
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurately logging all transactions in COU Tracking
- Review source documents for accuracy and completeness
- Adhere to all protocols and controls established within COU
- Assist teammates as needed to ensure prompt handling of all transactions within unit
- Provide guidance and training to field offices for correct methods to submit work to COU
- Build strong relationships with all branch office personnel
- Ensure that follow up requests internally and externally are handled promptly.
