About The Position

Timpte is seeking a Branch Parts & Service Manager for their Customer Service Center in Aurora, NE. This role is responsible for all aftermarket operations for the assigned facility, providing leadership and direction to staff to ensure a successful and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing a Parts & Service Department and be interested in an opportunity to build upon their career with a growing organization.

Requirements

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.
Continuously focus on improving the performance, productivity, and top-line sales of parts and service at the branch location.
Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions.
Responsible for the daily management of all branch personnel and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with all existing and new customers and resolve any elevated customer issues.
