Branch Operations Technical Analyst
About The Position
The Analyst manages regional office IT infrastructure & applications by deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting local network systems, hardware, and corporate software applications. This role serves as the primary technical escalation point to rapidly resolve outages, minimize business disruption, and enforce strict cybersecurity and regulatory compliance policies at the endpoint level. Person who can support on scanners & technology interfaces and support in requirements, QA, implementations. The person would also be working in the lab environment to assist the newer implementations and triage any issues or incidents.
Requirements
- Technical support for scanners and technology interfaces
- Support in requirements gathering, Quality Assurance (QA), and implementations
- Experience working in a lab environment for new implementations
- Ability to triage issues and incidents
