About The Position

Provide exceptional member service in a high-volume branch environment with a strong focus on teller-line operations including processing financial transactions, resolving account inquiries, and delivering an outstanding member experience while identifying opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to in-person member inquiries and requests promptly within a structured environment
  • Perform teller-line transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and credit-related transactions
  • Handle functions across savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, and fraud-related concerns
  • Verify member identity and review accounts for alerts, discrepancies, or irregular activity
  • Identify and respond to potential fraud or suspicious activity patterns
  • Utilize multiple systems efficiently to ensure accurate transaction processing and service delivery
  • Recommend additional products and services based on member needs
  • Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Support positive member interactions and overall branch operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
