About The Position

Constitution Bank is coming to Bethalto, IL, and we’re anxious to hire a motivated individual to oversee the deposit operations as a Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you would be expected to build meaningful relationships with the community we serve. Constitution Bank is a community bank and needs a Branch Manager who seeks to make a difference in the communities where we live and work. Training for this position will be held at our neighboring locations, Hillsboro Main Branch, Edwardsville, Staunton or Highland. Our projected opening of our new Bethalto branch is Fall 2026.

Requirements

• Previous Banking or financial services experience, required
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be accurate and detail-oriented
• Ability to work varied hours/days as needed
• Calling on community and business leaders to drive branch business

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience, preferred
