We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations of their branch, ensuring top-tier member service, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. This role is key to driving branch performance, coaching staff and executing strategic initiatives aligned with our mission and growth goals. What your day will look like: Manage all aspects of branch operations including cash handling, transaction accuracy, security, and audit compliance Help the branch grow and meet sales targets Supervise, train, and develop branch staff to deliver high-quality member service and meet performance goals Champion a member-first culture by ensuring consistent, professional, and personalized service Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational strategies and initiatives Maintain branch compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including BSA/AML, OFAC, and lending guidelines Knowledgeable in all positions to assist members when staff are absent. From taking loan applications to new account opening and teller services ensuring top-notch service Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit union Branch Hours Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm The pay range: $48,672-79,747.20 salary non-exempt Our compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.
