Requirements

5+ years in construction, operations, or project management
An organizer who thrives on structure, documentation, and proactive problem solving
A builder of teams who leads with humility, clarity, and consistency
A decision-maker who moves fast, adapts quickly, and owns results
A communicator who brings clarity to chaos, and accountability to the field

Nice To Haves

A GC license holder (a huge plus)
Confidence in permits, inspections, and compliance

Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day execution of roofing projects across your district.
Ensure safety, quality, and speed in every build.
Coach and mentor Project Leads and Operations Admins to become elite performers.
Build accountability, hustle, and pride into the culture.
Own licensure, permitting, and compliance across your market.
Make data-driven decisions to keep every site running on time and on budget.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Claims, and Executive Leadership to deliver results that exceed expectations.
Source, develop, and maintain top-tier crews who reflect Premier’s quality standards.
