Requirements

  • Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE), or equivalent CIRO licensing
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional time management
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Initiative and problem-solving mindset

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify, onboard, and train exceptional support staff; design and coordinate training programs that elevate team capability
  • Collaborate with HR to source, interview, and hire the right talent; build a pipeline of skilled, motivated team members
  • Execute the Branch Manager’s strategy by ensuring the branch runs efficiently, compliantly, and collaboratively
  • Oversee transaction approvals, account openings, documentation verification, and internal controls
  • Provide system access, troubleshooting, and training to empower your team
  • Maintain regulatory and internal control standards with precision and accountability
