About The Position

Western Branch Diesel, a subsidiary of Indel Power Group, has an opening for a Operations Manager at our location in St Clairsville, OH. This individual will have operational responsibility for the Service Department. The Branch Operations Manager will work with the Regional Service Manager to strive to grow the department and make necessary decisions to maintain a profitable Service Department.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing, workload and shop performance results to meet business demands
• Monitor and manage productivity of area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing and/or analyzing business reports
• Directs activities to implement and meet factory certification requirements and programs.
• Ensures all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.
