About The Position

Supports operational excellence efforts across OES Equipment branches within DPR’s Family of Companies by reinforcing company best practices, delivering training, and monitoring key performance indicators. Provides hands-on operational guidance and coaching to branch teams to strengthen consistency, accountability, and process adherence. Partners with regional stakeholders to identify performance gaps and support execution of approved improvement initiatives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, construction services, supply, or equipment rental operations required.
  • Knowledge of general construction, construction supplies, or equipment required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with rental management or procurement systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts branch visits and operational reviews to reinforce established best practices and support adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators, identifying trends and sharing observations with branch leadership to support performance improvement efforts.
  • Delivers training and coaching to branch personnel on operational processes, system usage, and performance expectations.
  • Documents operational gaps, gathers branch feedback, and communicates findings to regional leadership and functional partners.
  • Supports rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational updates as directed by management.
  • Maintains working knowledge of supporting workgroups and systems to provide accurate guidance and promote process consistency.
  • Builds collaborative relationships with branch teams to foster accountability, trust, and continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibility.
