About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. It performs operational, transactional, and customer support activities while managing risk and following established policies and procedures. The coordinator supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolves daily teller-line issues under regional banking management direction, and helps customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns. The role also provides customer service, identifies information and services that meet customers’ financial needs, and motivates a diverse team to meet business objectives. Spanish/English speaking and listening proficiency and passing a required language assessment are required. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Spanish/English bilingual speaking and listening proficiency.
Must take and pass the required language assessment.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risk and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to reach its potential and meet established business objectives.
