About The Position

Wells Fargo is hiring a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The role supports customer experience and branch operations by processing teller transactions, helping customers use digital banking solutions, identifying financial needs, and making appropriate referrals to bankers. It also supports the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, helps resolve teller-line issues and customer or employee concerns, and contributes to team performance. The coordinator works within established policies and procedures, exercises judgment within defined guidelines, and helps maintain a risk-aware, compliance-focused environment. The position is based at 3216 W Braker Ln, Austin, Texas 78758. The schedule may include most Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and following established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Help customers and employees resolve or escalate concerns and complaints.
Provide service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues as appropriate.
