Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 or more years of experience required
- SAP
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ariba
Responsibilities
- Maintain and correct ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for product inventory.
- Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems.
- Assist in logistics support as needed for deliveries and shipments.
- Manage inventory at the branch location.
- Request vendor setup and maintenance including terms and methods of payment.
- Assist and train other employees in the use of Ariba and SAP.
- Handle vendor inquiries, provide proof of payments, stop payment requests, and special check runs.
- Assist with special projects and requests.
- Work in inventory yard to help address problems with the vehicles.
- Assist mechanics as needed when preparing the vehicle shipments or receiving.
- Responsible for other general office duties as needed.
