About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator for its National Branch Network within the Consumer Banking and Lending division. The coordinator supports customer experience by processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital banking solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. The role completes operational activities while minimizing risk and performs routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and internal partners. The coordinator supports the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling, helps resolve daily teller-line issues under regional banking management direction, and supports customers and employees with concerns or complaints. The position requires sound judgment within defined policies and procedures, excellent customer service, identification of customers’ financial needs, and motivating a diverse team to meet business objectives. The position is located at 155 Main St, Nyack, NY 10960. The schedule may include most Saturdays, and the role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 1 year of customer service and issue-resolution support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers.
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer-support tasks efficiently using knowledge of bank procedures, products, and organizational partners.
Support the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
Resolve daily teller-line operational issues under the direction of regional banking management.
Support customers and employees in resolving or escalating concerns or complaints.
Provide excellent service by demonstrating care, building relationships, and completing requested transactions.
Identify information and services that meet customers’ financial needs.
Motivate a diverse team to achieve its potential and meet established business objectives.
Follow applicable risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures; escalate and remediate issues as appropriate.
