This role involves assisting the Management team with various administrative tasks, managing office supplies and boardroom schedules, and supporting Branch Operations Managers. Key responsibilities also include preparing cheques, handling daily bank deposits, processing incoming and outgoing funds, and managing account opening and related documentation. The assistant will also provide general administrative support to advisory teams in managing client accounts.
