Our People Make the Difference! Are you looking to take on a dynamic and challenging role? OE Federal is seeking to hire a Part-Time Branch Member Services Representative II! Your Purpose You will be responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining the credit union’s relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs and providing a high-quality service experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union’s product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
  • Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members.
  • Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
