About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to guide our Rockland location where member service, operational excellence, and strategic growth come together. This role is for a relationship-driven leader with a passion for financial wellness and community impact.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience within a financial services or customer-focused environment, with a strong record of coaching teams to high performance.
Expertise in people and performance management, including developing talent, fostering collaboration, and driving accountability.
Solid business and financial acumen, with the ability to meet branch goals in areas such as member growth, deposit and loan production, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to make sound decisions that support members, team members, and the credit union’s mission.

Responsibilities

Coach, motivate, and elevate a group of talented professionals to achieve outstanding results.
Build meaningful relationships, promote financial education, and ensure every interaction reflects the credit union’s commitment to people over profits.
Streamline processes, uphold compliance, and use data insights to keep the branch running efficiently and effectively.
Represent the credit union at local events, foster business partnerships, and promote our mission of supporting member financial well-being.
