About The Position

SPI Health and Safety is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a dynamic branch. This role involves managing sales, customer service, human resources, administration, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a drive for operational excellence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to maximize productivity, achieve financial targets, and lead SPI's growth through targeted business plans and profit and loss management. You will also train, develop, and coach a team of two sales representatives, build relationships to increase branch visibility, analyze market conditions, and resolve customer and employee satisfaction issues.

Requirements

  • Hold a college or university degree in business, management, or have equivalent experience in branch management
  • Excel at achieving sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of a dynamic branch, including sales, customer service, human resources, administration, and logistics
  • Develop and recommend innovative strategies to maximize productivity and drive team performance, with the goal of achieving—and even exceeding—financial targets
  • Lead SPI’s growth on a daily basis through targeted business plans, accurate forecasting, and rigorous profit and loss management, in close collaboration with the outside sales team
  • Train, develop, and coach your team of two sales representatives to help them shine and remain highly engaged
  • Build relationships to increase the visibility of the branch and the company, analyze competition, identify areas for improvement, and propose creative solutions to seize every growth opportunity
  • Act as the go-to person to assess local market conditions, identify current and future sales opportunities, and ensure that any customer or employee satisfaction issues are resolved quickly and effectively
