About The Position

SPI Health and Safety is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee operations at a new branch in Mississauga. This role involves taking charge of sales, customer service, human resources, administration, and logistics. The ideal candidate will develop and recommend innovative strategies to maximize productivity and drive team performance, aiming to meet or exceed financial objectives. This position will steer SPI’s growth daily through targeted business plans, precise forecasting, and thorough management of P&L, working closely with the external sales team. The Branch Manager will also train and develop a sales advisor, build relationships to boost branch and company visibility, analyze competition, identify areas for improvement, and propose creative solutions. A key responsibility is assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and ensuring client and employee satisfaction issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Hold a college or university degree in business, management, or possess equivalent experience managing a branch
  • Excel at achieving sales targets
  • Be results-oriented
  • Place the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Possess strong organizational skills and positive energy
  • Must legally be permitted to work in Canada, without any additional sponsorship support from SPI Heath and Safety

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to person for assessing local market conditions, identifying present and future sales opportunities, and ensuring any client or employee satisfaction issues are resolved quickly and efficiently
