About The Position

EDIFI Federal Credit Union is seeking a goal-oriented financial professional to lead its Glassboro, New Jersey branch. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, performs branch functions, and helps resolve complex member issues. The role includes employee training and development, performance appraisals, culture initiatives, and employee relations. The Branch Manager supports business development and branch growth, meets or exceeds operational expectations through personal effort and team leadership, and ensures the branch reflects EDIFI’s core values: Respect, Accessibility, Integrity, Security, and Exceptional Service (RAISE). This is a full-time salaried position requiring 40 or more hours per week, with rotating Saturdays and flexibility required. Branch hours are Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution branch environment in a supervisory, head, or lead position.
Prior experience driving membership growth, engagement, and community outreach.
Decisiveness and critical-thinking skills.
Strong organization and efficiency.
Proficiency with PC applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Knowledge of banking or point-of-sale software.
Valid, unexpired driver’s license with no major violations.
NMLS license required.
Notary Public license required.
Ability to work 40 or more hours per week and rotating Saturdays; flexibility is required.
