About The Position
Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our West Bend - Meijer Branch to lead our team, strengthen member relationships, and drive branch growth and results. As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the West Bend - Meijer branch while leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service. You'll drive branch performance through employee coaching, operational excellence, and business development while fostering an engaging, results-driven culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or a related field.
- Experience coaching, developing, and motivating employees.
- Proven ability to drive performance, sales, service, or operational goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative, people-focused leader who leads by example.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with consumer lending or financial services preferred.

- Analyze branch performance and implement strategies to improve productivity, member satisfaction, and financial results.
- Build relationships within the West Bend community while representing Kohler Credit Union.
- Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
