Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees.
Meet with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
Spend time with specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence.
Interview and hire new specialists to keep the branch fully staffed.
Guide and direct administrative assistants, ensuring they offer customers the highest level of service and education.
Help specialists maintain efficient routes.
Use data to strategize and make the most efficient use of specialists' time.
Keep the branch's services on schedule.
Contact customers to help resolve concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Audit the work of specialists.
Meet with customers to discuss concerns.
Perform services for customers.
Regularly assess the needs of the branch and take initiative to make the best choice for employees and customers.
