Naturescape is seeking to hire a Branch Manager in Des Moines, IA to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Motivated with a desire to learn

Responsibilities

• Strategically divide your time between maximizing your branch's production in the field, increasing sales, and developing your employees.
• Meet with your branch employees on a weekly basis as a group to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
• Spend time with your specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence.
• Interview and hire new specialists to keep your branch fully staffed.
• Actively guide and direct your administrative assistants, ensuring they can offer customers the highest level of service and education.
• Help your specialists maintain efficient routes.
• Use data to strategize, make the most efficient use of your specialists' time, and keep your branch's services on schedule.
• Help to resolve customer concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
• Audit the work of your specialists.
• Meet with customers to discuss concerns.
• Perform services for customers yourself.
• Regularly assess the needs of your branch, taking initiative to make the best choice for your employees and your customers.
