The Branch Manager leads the retail branch team to deliver exceptional, member-centric experience aligned to Beem’s People First, Digital First strategy. They are accountable for achieving branch-level financial performance, operational excellence, member engagement, and regulatory compliance. This role acts as a cultural carrier and strategic executor, ensuring frontline teams are aligned to lifecycle advice delivery, digital adoption and long-term member relationship goals. This role is also responsible for the talent development across all levels, fostering a high performing, engaged performance driven culture. This is a temporary 6-month role based out of our Murrayville Branch in Langley, B.C.
