About The Position

ServiceMaster Recovery Management is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a yet to be opened restoration and reconstruction office in the Savannah, GA Area of Southeast Georgia. This role has full responsibility for branch operations, financial performance, and insurance carrier–driven work across residential and commercial losses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of restoration or construction leadership experience
• Strong insurance carrier and claims workflow knowledge
• Xactimate and job costing experience preferred
• IICRC certifications a plus
• All candidates must successfully complete a background and drug screening.
• All candidates must have a valid drivers license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restoration and reconstruction operations
• Manage branch P&L, job costing, and budgets
• Ensure insurance carrier compliance, estimating accuracy, and cycle times
• Build relationships with adjusters, carriers, and referral partners
• Recruit, train, and lead branch staff
• Ensure safety, quality, and ServiceMaster brand standards
