The Branch Manager will provide experienced, hands-on leadership to our Service and Parts employees at our Prudhoe Bay, Alaska location. This position operates on a rotational schedule, working 4 weeks on and 4 weeks off, with transportation and housing provided. The role involves managing branch personnel, promoting products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the Parts and Service Department. The manager will coordinate customer calls with the Sales Team, address customer service issues, assign workloads, manage expenses, and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service. Understanding budgets, analyzing financial data, and maintaining operational metrics are key. The ability to direct and delegate staff, establish accountability, and work a 7-day work week (including weekends and holidays) with approximately 10-hour days while on rotation is expected.
