Requirements
- 5+ years in banking sales/service roles.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth.
- 5+ years of management experience (managing 6+ employees).
- Expertise in building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets while providing exceptional service to members.
- 3+ years in business development and community engagement.
Nice To Haves
- Mandarin or Spanish fluency is helpful.
