Requirements

  • 5+ years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth.
  • Experience ensuring operational excellence in banking, managing daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance, and striving for continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of management experience (managing 6+ employees).
  • Expertise in building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets while providing exceptional service to members.
  • 3+ years in business development and community engagement.
