The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and customer service levels of the branch personnel. This role involves performing audits related to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures, and regulations, including cash and negotiable audits, and maintaining branch audit books. The manager must adhere to strong internal control procedures and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. They will conduct regular sales and operations meetings, brief employees on sales goals and promotions, and track branch sales goals, including monthly performance reviews with each employee. The position requires evaluating employee performance, providing feedback and coaching, recognizing achievements, and managing budgets and financial objectives. The Branch Manager will interact with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve problems, perform personnel duties as needed, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
