The position will supervise all branch staff, ensuring excellent member service, efficient operations, adherence to procedures, policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include maintaining branch security, overseeing daily transactions, ensuring member deposit growth and retention, and addressing any other branch or member-related issues.
