About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager for our West Bend - Meijer branch. This role involves leading the daily operations of the branch, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service. The Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch performance, fostering employee engagement and accountability, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where employees feel empowered to grow and succeed. Success in this role requires balancing people leadership with business results, motivating the team to achieve goals, strengthening member relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring every member receives an exceptional experience.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in financial services, retail leadership, customer service management, or a related field
Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and motivating employees
Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze branch performance, and drive results in a service-focused environment
A collaborative leader who leads by example and is passionate about developing both people and business success
