Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, retail leadership, customer service management, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and motivating employees
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze branch performance, and drive results in a service-focused environment
- A collaborative leader who leads by example and is passionate about developing both people and business success
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
