Minneapolis - Branch Manager
About The Position
Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient execution of freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services across all modes of transportation. Own the branch's P&L, driving revenue growth, controlling operating costs, and delivering against budgeted financial targets. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch staff across sales, operations, and customer service, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, carriers, and vendors to protect and grow the branch's customer base. Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts to expand market share within the branch's territory. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including customs, TSA, and other applicable local and federal regulations. Monitor branch performance metrics and operational KPIs, implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align branch strategy with overall company objectives.
