Requirements

  • 5+ years in banking sales/service roles.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth.
  • Adept at ensuring operational excellence in banking.
  • Experience managing daily branch operations with a keen eye for detail and compliance.
  • 5+ years of management experience (managing 6+ employees).
  • Expertise in building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team.
  • 3+ years in business development and community engagement.
  • Mandarin or Spanish fluency is helpful.
