Where you matter most. The Branch Manager oversees the daily management of the branch to ensure customer service and operational excellence. Fosters team development, provides coaching to enhance performance while modeling the sales and service standards in the branch and providing exceptional customer experience. Performs a variety of complex duties with the highest degree of accuracy, integrity, and professionalism with sound judgement and a focus on the customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma. Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail banking experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a customer service role.
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work in any retail branch location as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems and databases.
  • Proficient in basic office software.

  • Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to deliver strong customer service and meet performance goals
  • Oversee daily supervision, scheduling, training, and employee development activities
  • Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and support corrective action processes
  • Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies and drive team success
  • Oversee daily branch operations including transactions, cash handling, ATM balancing, and audits
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Review and approve timecards, reports, and operational documentation
  • Support branch opening/closing procedures and overall operational efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a relationship-based banking experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Support branch sales goals through referrals, cross-selling, and team coaching
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable banking regulations and internal policies (including BSA)
  • Participate in community engagement and represent the bank at local events
