Requirements
- NMLS MLO License.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptionally detailed, focused and motivated professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant with customers, business partners and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automated underwriting systems (DU/LP), HUD and RESPA Regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of legal, compliance and Investor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate the branch office in full compliance with all ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to the rules and protocols set forth by the company.
- Lead and motivate the branch team.
- Analyze the market and develop sales strategies to ensure branch profitability.
- Generate leads and loan volume.
- Plan and coordinate short-term and long-term branch goals.
- Negotiate the compensation of all Loan Originators and employ all personnel in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure the branch follows all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage to corporate directives.
- Hire and train all employees of the branch office in regards to operations and policies.
- Coach staff to fulfill business goals.
- Evaluate branch staff’s work performance by preparing and delivering annual reviews.
- Monitor quality of service.
- Assist in managing the security and safety of the Branch.
- Participate in training for marketing, sales, and scenario techniques to effectively sell, package and close consumer mortgages.
- Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
