Requirements
- NMLS MLO License.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task, while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptionally detailed, focused and motivated professional.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant with customers, business partners and colleagues.
- Knowledge of automated underwriting systems (DU/LP), HUD and RESPA Regulations.
- Comprehensive understanding of legal, compliance and Investor requirements.
Responsibilities
- Operate the branch office in full compliance with all ordinances, laws, rules, and regulations of any city, county, state, and federal government having jurisdiction. Adhere to the rules and protocols set forth by the company.
- Lead and motivate the branch team.
- Analyze market and develop sales strategies to ensure profitability of the branch.
- Generate leads and loan volume.
- Plan and coordinate short-term and long-term branch goals.
- Negotiate the compensation of all Loan Originators and employ all personnel in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and standards.
- Ensure that the branch follows all compliance and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage to corporate directives.
- Hire and train all employees of the branch office in regards to operations and policies.
- Coach staff to fulfill business goals.
- Evaluate branch staff’s work performance by preparing and delivering annual reviews.
- Monitor quality of service.
- Assist in managing the security and safety of the Branch.
- Participate in training for marketing, sales, and scenario techniques to effectively sell, package and close consumer mortgages.
- Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
