About The Position

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, coach and develop your team, and drive service and sales performance. You will create a strong member experience by setting clear expectations, supporting daily operations, and building a culture grounded in the organization’s values. This role also plays an important part in growing the branch through community involvement, relationship building, and business development efforts. Success in this role means building a branch environment where employees are engaged, members feel valued, and business goals are achieved. You lead with accountability, develop talent through coaching, and create opportunities for branch growth through operational excellence and community presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
  • Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
  • Strong communication, organization, and member service skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
  • Ability to obtain a notary license within 1 year of accepting the role.
