About The Position

The Construction Branch Manager will plan, monitor, and control all service activities to ensure alignment with the Company Mission and Core Business Values to achieve all established service objectives and business unit forecasts. This role involves preparing annual budgets for all service operations, selecting, developing, and evaluating service personnel to ensure commitment, competence, and human resource availability. The manager will also communicate, monitor, and enforce Parts and Service Department policies for consistency, model and reinforce safe work practices, analyze monthly parts and service financial statements, and facilitate/administrate company and union issues. Key operational duties include monitoring Abandoned Call Rate (ACR), parts sales order management, and overseeing warehouse and hose assembly operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the heavy equipment industry with progressive supervisory experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Equipment dealership experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Advanced Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other related software.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management is preferred.
