Requirements

• Previous staffing, recruiting, or branch leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to client and prospect visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales, operations, and profitability of the Sanford branch.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing internal team.
• Drive new business growth while strengthening existing client relationships.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and successful recruiting operations.
• Coach team members to achieve performance goals and grow their careers.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
