As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team. You represent Chase’s brand and culture by delivering attentive, welcoming service, providing banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborating with specialists to address clients’ financial needs. You are responsible for creating a positive experience for clients and employees while building lasting relationships and maintaining a strong risk and control environment. Successful candidates must complete the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement and be able to travel for in-person training and meetings, which may be out of state. The role is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment is contingent on meeting these requirements, including registration immediately after starting and timely completion of renewals and updates. An employment offer is contingent on JPMC’s review of criminal conviction history, credit report, NMLS information, and other relevant information. A felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates.
