About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Branch Manager in Delafield, WI to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. This is a long-term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business where you will be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, with no two days often being the same. The Branch Manager will strategically divide their time between maximizing the branch's production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees. This includes meeting with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods, as well as spending time with specialists individually for training and guidance. The manager will also guide administrative assistants to ensure they offer customers the highest level of service and education, help specialists maintain efficient routes, and use data to strategize and optimize specialist time. There may be direct customer contact for resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Opportunities to drive the branch forward include auditing specialist work, meeting with customers, and performing services. The manager will regularly assess branch needs and take initiative for the best interest of employees and customers.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
