Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Maximizing your branch's production in the field
Increasing sales
Developing your employees
Meeting with branch employees on a weekly basis to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
Spending time with specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence
Interviewing and hiring new specialists to keep your branch fully staffed
Guiding and directing administrative assistants to ensure they offer customers the highest level of service and education
Helping specialists maintain efficient routes
Using data to strategize, make the most efficient use of specialists' time, and keep the branch's services on schedule
Contacting customers to help resolve concerns and ensure their satisfaction
Auditing the work of specialists
Meeting with customers to discuss concerns
Performing services for customers
Regularly assessing the needs of the branch and taking initiative to make the best choice for employees and customers
