About The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, developing employees, growing sales, and building strong customer and vendor relationships. This role drives performance, profitability, operational excellence, and team engagement while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Electrical studies.
• Leadership experience managing a branch, region, or comparable operation.
• Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.
• Financial management, budgeting, and operational experience.
• Proficiency with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.
• Strong relationship builder and team motivator.
• Uses data and insight to make sound business decisions.
• Balances people leadership with operational excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the electrical industry or related distribution environment preferred.
