About The Position

DASCO is growing and seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the people, processes, and systems related to the assigned branch’s daily operations. This role manages local scheduling, staff training and development, inventory and warehousing, in-person and telephonic customer service, reporting, and other duties to facilitate the maximization of human and system resources to achieve referral and customer satisfaction, maximize productivity, meet schedule adherence and economic goals. The Branch Manager is responsible for the training, coaching, development, performance measurement, discipline, and teamwork of branch staff, and may make hiring and termination recommendations. This position also delegates appropriate work and emphasizes the development of next-level leaders, routinely reviews and supports ongoing department performance toward organizational goals, and takes corrective measures as needed. The Branch Manager maintains an understanding of Key Performance Indicators and new business initiatives, keeping branch staff informed of progress toward goals. They notify their supervisor and direct department activities during outages, systems issues, staffing shortages, and other operational issues, enacting disaster preparedness and business recovery plans as needed. If the immediate supervisor is not available, they escalate to the next manager in line. The Branch Manager participates in company meetings as requested and performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies. They maintain compliance and steadfastness in the enforcement of all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA, The Joint Commission, Medicare Supplier standards, State Respiratory Care Board, State Pharmacy Board, and all other accreditation requirements. A favorable working relationship with other company employees, including sales, is maintained to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. The Branch Manager keeps their immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action or suggests alternative courses of action. They maintain a qualified staff and perform all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel and processes assigned. Working with their immediate supervisor, they determine standards of performance for branch staff and may recommend salary adjustments, transfers, promotions, and dismissals. The Branch Manager sets the example for staff and instills the DASCO vision, values, and purpose into daily operations. Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities
