Requirements

  • Three to five years of progressive experience leading and managing a team in a full-service branch.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Reside in DC, MD, or VA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-service branch office.
  • Ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
  • Delegate day-to-day operations to branch staff.
  • Coach and develop branch staff.
  • Train, develop, and hire a motivated and professional team capable of providing efficient and effective branch services.
  • Proactively develop a department culture where employees seek opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
  • Provide members with professional support, accurate information, and friendly service.
  • Conduct regular business development and generate new business to meet established sales goals.
