Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in financial services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven success in sales, service delivery, and operations within a financial institution.
- A GED or high school diploma is required.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and commitment to high service standards.
Nice To Haves
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor your team while monitoring performance metrics to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
- Cultivate a high performing, accountable, and member-centric work environment.
- Drive significant branch and Credit Union growth in deposits, loan production and member participation.
- Collaborate with direct leadership or senior leadership to implement initiatives, support organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to all policies and regulatory requirements.
- Handle complex member concerns and provide timely, effective resolutions.
