Requirements

4+ years of experience in retail management, team leadership, customer service management, hospitality, or a related field
Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams
Strong ability to motivate employees and drive performance outcomes
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Passion for leadership, team development, and customer experience
Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
