About The Position
Under the direction of the AVP/Branch Administration, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities of assigned branches and related delivery channels. This role ensures that operations are efficient and in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations. The Branch Manager will manage and lead in accordance with the PICK US culture through exceptional member service, setting and managing goals, effectively prioritizing tasks, achieving results, and accepting accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of managerial experience in a credit union, bank or financial institution.
- Demonstrated levels of responsibility in branch operations and consumer lending required.
- Computer skills mandatory.
- Must be NMLS certified (or be able to be certified upon hire).
Nice To Haves
- College degree with concentration in business management is preferred.
